What you’ll do:
- Manage daily operations of a LIHTC/HUD community
- Handle recerts, interims, and compliance documentation
- Prepare for inspections and audits
- Lead onsite staff and support resident relations
What you bring:
- LIHTC and/or HUD experience
- Solid compliance and Fair Housing knowledge
- Property management software experience (Yardi, RealPage, OneSite, etc.)
