What you’ll do:

  • Manage daily operations of a LIHTC/HUD community
  • Handle recerts, interims, and compliance documentation
  • Prepare for inspections and audits
  • Lead onsite staff and support resident relations

What you bring:

  • LIHTC and/or HUD experience
  • Solid compliance and Fair Housing knowledge
  • Property management software experience (Yardi, RealPage, OneSite, etc.)
