ER Physician Opportunity in Houston - St. Luke's The Vintage

Join IES, Integrative Emergency Services, a Texas physician-owned group in Houston. We are hiring full-time, part-time or PRN. W2 with comprehensive benefits or 1099. We are hiring one full-time Nocturnist with a $10k signing bonus for a full-time dedicated Nocturnist position with a one year commitment and PRN for all shifts.

St. Luke’s The Vintage ER

• Position Available: 1 Nocturnist position ($10k starting bonus for FT W2 position with one year commitment); PRN - all shifts
• Physician Shifts: 6 AM - 3 PM; 2 PM - 12 AM; 8 PM - 6 AM
• Physician Coverage: 29 hours
• APP Coverage: 20 hours
• Annual Visits: 28,000
• Admission Rate: 19%
• Patients Per Hour: 1.9
• POCUS: Yes
• EMR: Epic
• ER Beds: 20
• Hospital Beds: 106
• Specialists On Staff: Wide range of specialists, no Labor & Delivery unit at this hospital
• Imaging: IR, CT, MRI, Xray, US, Fluoro, Nuc Med

Compensation

• Compensation Plan: All RVU & QSP Quality Safety Performance payment metrics pay (paid monthly)
• W2: $251/hr average; ranges from $220/hr - $285/hr (all RVU & QSP) &
• 1099: $265/hr average (all RVU & QSP)
• Night Shift Differential: $30/hr
• Income Guarantee: first 90 days
• Starting Bonus: $10,000 for dedicated Nocturnist full-time position with 12 month commitment
